PM मोदी तीन देशों की यात्रा पर, जॉर्डन पहुँचे
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी अपनी तीन देशों की महत्वपूर्ण यात्रा के लिए सोमवार को रवाना हुए। अपनी यात्रा के पहले चरण में, वह जॉर्डन की राजधानी अम्मान पहुँचे।
🔷यात्रा कार्यक्रम:
• पहला पड़ाव: जॉर्डन (अम्मान)
• अगला पड़ाव: प्रधानमंत्री 16-17 दिसंबर को इथियोपिया में होंगे। यह किसी भी अफ्रीकी देश की उनकी पहली यात्रा है।
• अंतिम पड़ाव: इसके बाद 17-18 दिसंबर को PM मोदी ओमान पहुँचेंगे।
राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा: सिडनी आतंकी हमले के तार हैदराबाद से जुड़े?
ऑस्ट्रेलिया के सिडनी में हुए एक आतंकवादी हमले की जाँच में एक बड़ा खुलासा हुआ है। यह सामने आया है कि इस हमले को अंजाम देने वाला आतंकी साजिद अकरम मूल रूप से हैदराबाद का था।
🔷मुख्य बिंदु:
• ऑस्ट्रेलियन पुलिस के अनुसार, साजिद अकरम 27 साल पहले सिडनी चला गया था और उसने वहीं एक यूरोपीय महिला से शादी कर ली।
• उसने 1998 में ऑस्ट्रेलिया में शादी की।
• साजिद ने भारतीय पासपोर्ट सरेंडर नहीं किया है।
• हमले के बाद साजिद ने ऑस्ट्रेलियाई नागरिकता (पीआर) ले ली थी।
• यह भी खुलासा हुआ कि हमले के दौरान 27 साल के दौरान कुल 6 बार हैदराबाद आया था, और आखिरी बार वह 3 साल पहले आया था।
राजनीति और कानून: राहुल-सोनिया के खिलाफ ED की चार्जशीट पर कोर्ट ने लिया बड़ा फैसला
नेशनल हेराल्ड मामले में, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने सोनिया गांधी और राहुल गांधी की याचिका पर सुनवाई की। कोर्ट ने प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) की ओर से दायर चार्जशीट पर कड़ी आपत्ति जताई है।
न्यायाधीश ने कहा, "ईडी का कदम कानून के दायरे से आगे बढ़ने जैसा है"। कोर्ट ने चार्जशीट को मंजूर नहीं किया और कहा कि यह कानून के खिलाफ है।
🔷कोर्ट की टिप्पणी:
• जज ने कहा कि निजी शिकायत या निजी शिकायतकर्ता मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग जांच का आधार नहीं बन सकती।
• चार्जशीट सिर्फ इसलिए दायर नहीं की जा सकती क्योंकि उसमें अपराध (ईडब्लूओ) में ईडी की एफआईआर पर विचार करना होता है।
• कोर्ट ने मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के आरोप लगाने के लिए कोई एफआईआर या कोई पूर्व कदम न होने पर भी प्रश्न उठाया।
अर्थव्यवस्था: सोना हुआ रिकॉर्ड तोड़ महँगा - 10 ग्राम की कीमत ₹1.35 लाख पार!
सोने की कीमतों ने इस साल नया रिकॉर्ड कायम किया है।
• जयपुर में सोने का भाव 10 ग्राम के लिए ₹1.35 लाख तक पहुँच गया है।
• इससे पहले 17 अक्टूबर को सोने का अधिकतम भाव ₹78,300 प्रति 10 ग्राम था।
• इस साल सोने की कीमत में 72.66 फीसदी की बड़ी बढ़ोतरी हुई है।

अक्षय ऊर्जा में बड़ा निवेश
राजस्थान अक्षय ऊर्जा क्षेत्र में तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है, खासकर सौर ऊर्जा के मामले में।

कानूनी शिकंजा: पाक को गोपनीय जानकारी भेजने वाला पूर्व वायुसेना अधिकारी गिरफ्तार
असम के तेजपुर से वायुसेना के एक रिटायर्ड अधिकारी को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।
• उस पर सोशल मीडिया के जरिए देश की रक्षा से जुड़ी संवेदनशील जानकारी पाकिस्तानी खुफिया एजेंटों तक पहुँचाने का आरोप है।
• अधिकारी का नाम वरुण कुलकर्णी है और वह 2002 में पुरस्कृत भी हो चुके हैं।
• रिटायरमेंट के बाद भी वह पाकिस्तानी एजेंटों की मदद कर रहे थे।

🔷Politics & Law: Court Rejects ED’s Charge Sheet Against Rahul and Sonia Gandhi
In the National Herald case, the Delhi High Court heard the plea filed by Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. The court severely objected to the charge sheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
The judge stated, "The step taken by the ED seems to be going beyond the ambit of the law". The court refused to accept the charge sheet, stating it was against the law.
Court Observations:
* The judge said that a private complaint or a private complainant cannot be the basis for a money laundering investigation.
* The court questioned the lack of an FIR or any prior step to initiate proceedings for money laundering charges.

Former Air Force Officer Arrested for Sending Confidential Information to Pakistan
A retired Air Force officer has been arrested from Tezpur, Assam.
* He is accused of using social media to transmit sensitive information related to national defence to Pakistani intelligence agents.
* The officer, identified as Varun Kulkarni, was an awardee in 2002.
* He is also accused of assisting Pakistani agents even after his retirement.
